BJ Whitmer has been indicted on the charges stemming from his domestic violence arrest that took place back in June.
On June 4th, the former AEW producer was arrested on charges of strangulation in the first degree and burglary in the second degree. Whitmer was indicted on September 6th after a hearing on the matter. Both of the charges are Class C felonies.
There is a pretrial hearing in the case set for October 4th.
As we previously reported here on eWn, Whitmer was fired from All Elite Wrestling immediately following the news of his arrest surfacing online.
