Booker T is hopeful that he will become a three-time WWE Hall of Famer, a feat that has yet to be accomplished by any wrestler.
Booker’s first induction was in 2013 for his efforts as a singles wrestler and he would enter a second time as part of Harlem Heat six years later.
On his appropriately-named “Hall of Fame” podcast, Booker T spoke about possibly receiving a third ring for his work training young wrestlers. He said,
“I’m working on my third ring. It’s going to be for trainer extraordinaire, trainer of the know. Before it’s over with, they’re gonna have to give me a ring for all the guys that I’ve produced in this business that’s gone on to be great. That’s my next legacy. So stay tuned, stay tuned.”
Several current stars were trained by the five-time WCW World Champion including NXT’s Roxanne Perez and ROH Women’s World Champion Athena.
At this time, Booker T is playing a hand in the training of Zilla Fatu, the son of the late Umaga.
