Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has said he wouldn’t be surprised if Bray Wyatt returned to WWE, following a reference to The Fiend at WrestleMania: Backlash.
During Sunday’s event, a fan dressed as Wyatt’s darker alter ego was spotted in the crowd and Pat McAfee made reference to it.
On his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T spoke about Wyatt and that despite his July 2021 release, he could return to WWE one day:
“Pat McAfee actually mentioned Bray Wyatt on the show last night [WrestleMania Backlash]. I don’t know if that’s a precursor, I don’t know if that’s a signal, a spoiler or teaser. But, normally, there’s a method to all the madness.
“I’m going to tell you right now, I would not be surprised one bit if Bray Wyatt was to show up in the WWE.”
Wyatt hasn’t wrestled since his WWE release, making his WrestleMania 37 loss to Randy Orton his most recent match to date.
