During Sunday night’s AEW WrestleDream 2023 pay-per-view event, Bryan Danielson defeated NJPW World TV Champion Zack Sabre Jr. in a singles contest.
The match went back and forth as both men showcased their technical prowess in an attempt to make each other tap.
Danielson eventually had the last laugh as he blasted Sabre Jr. with two consecutive Flying Knees for the win.
Following the match, Danielson raised referee Aubrey Edwards’ hand and hugged her to celebrate.
