WWE announced via Twitter that Naomi would defend the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Lana on next week’s episode of SmackDown Live.

WWE has already announced a match and segment for the upcoming show. There will be an Independence Day Battle Royal. The winner of the match will challenge Kevin Owens for the United States Championship at the July 23rd Battleground pay-per-view. Also, The Usos and The New Day will have a rap off, and John Cena will make his return to WWE TV on the show.
