Chelsea Green had been in a legal battle with WWE over the trademark rights to her real name as WWE noted in a filing on August 5th that they sent a reply to the Office Action (via USPTO) that states that she gave them consent to trademark her name.
It should be noted that the letter provided was from November 2020 while Green filed for the name this past April.
It was reported by Fightful that WWE was releasing the trademark for her to use. Green sent out this tweet today:
