Could former WWE Superstar Chris Masters be All-Elite?
Masters, known as The Masterpiece in WWE for his impressive physique, made an impact upon his main-roster arrival in 2005, but left the promotion in 2011.
When asked if he’d like to work for AEW in a recent interaction with “So Catch”, the two-time NWA National Champion admitted that he’s open to the idea. He said,
“I’m with NWA, wrestling, and that’s where my focus has been over the last year, but I’m not shutting my door on anybody because, again, my goal is to promote Chris Adonis, as we call me now, ‘The Masterpiece’ Chris Adonis, [and] to have the best matches of my career.”
While Masters/Adonis said he has a “let the chips fall where they may” approach to wrestling, he doesn’t believe a WWE return is in the cards.
Masters was in the crowd for the January 11th episode of AEW Dynamite.
