As seen during last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Cody Rhodes teamed up with Lee Johnson to face the duo of Anthony Ogogo and QT Marshall. The match ended when Ogogo hit Cody Rhodes with a punch, which allowed QT Marshall to pick up the win over Cody.
Following the match, Cody took to Twitter and reacted to the loss, saying,
“Just embarrassed – never fun looking up at the lights. Cautionary tale: when ogogo learns to fully wrestle, combined with his punching power, we are all screwed.”
