On Tuesday night’s edition of Impact Wrestling, “Cowboy” James Storm wrestled his 1,000th match for the company as he defeated Eric Young in a singles match. Following the match, he cut a promo where he sent a tribute to the late Bob Ryder. For those who are unaware, Ryder was one of the key figures in TNA/Impact, and was the company’s first and longest-serving employee. Unfortunately, he passed away in November of last year after a long battle with cancer.
Also, we saw the return of Chris Harris to Impact Wrestling. Harris had teamed with Storm during the early days of TNA/Impact Wrestling as “America’s Most Wanted” (or “AMW” for short). This is not a long-term deal for Harris, at least for now. Harris returned to Impact to help Storm pick up the ‘W’ over Young.
