David Finlay Provides an Update on His Injury

David Finlay suffered a shoulder injury last month, forcing him to be removed from the New Japan Cup tournament.

Now, David has taken to Twitter to provide an update. He confirms that he will, in fact, need surgery:

The shoulder man said my labrum is torn. He’s gotta get deep up in there and tie everything back together or whatever shoulder people do.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer suggests recovery time will be approximately 6 months.
