According to a report from PWInsider, WWE Studios’ first project associated with Netflix, The Main Event, will begin shooting later this month in Vancouver, British Columbia and continue shooting until August.
The plot will feature a young boy who is constantly bullied but has dreams of growing up to be a WWE Superstar. It is said that this movie will feature small roles for Sheamus, The Miz, and Bray Wyatt, with references to WWE NXT as well. The movie will also feature references to, and even a cameo from, John Cena.
