As seen during Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite broadcast, Chris Jericho came out and cut a promo on Cody Rhodes and his late father, WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes. Jericho said that he never liked Dusty and thought he was a jerk. Jericho then went on to call Cody’s older brother, Dustin “Goldust” Rhodes, a moron.
Now, Dusty Rhodes’ daughter, Teil Margaret Runnels Gergel, has taken to Twitter and she wasn’t happy! She said,
“Real lazy promo work as usual from Le Champion at least they found him a better fitting jacket. Talking about my Dad is lazy af.” It seems like Teil was just playing into the angle and the Cody/Jericho rivalry. You can check out her tweets below:
