As seen during Monday night’s WWE RAW broadcast, Edge vowed to get revenge on Randy Orton. During a pre-taped segment, Edge was upset about Randy attacking his best friend Christian on last week’s RAW. Of course, Christian was stretchered out at the end of last week’s show. Edge said he’s thankful, because Orton woke up the “ruthless opportunist” who will step on whoever he needs to in order to get to the top. He then gave a low blow, saying that he wished Bob Orton “shot blanks” the night he was conceived.
Edge underwent surgery last week for a torn ACL that he suffered at Backlash. He’s expected to be out of action for several months.
