Former WWE NXT Superstar Jeet Rama has announced his own wrestling academy which will launch in India.
Rama was released from WWE in late 2021 as he didn’t factor into the company’s plans for the revamped NXT 2.0.
On Twitter, Rama encouraged fans to spread the word about his wrestling academy, earning over 300 likes and 80 retweets.
The Indian wrestling market has become a topic of interest to WWE, who aired a ‘Superstar Spectacle’ on Indian Republic Day in January 2021.
WWE reported at the time that 20 million people watched the Superstar Spectacle.
I started a Pro wrestling academy in India and I need your support so my friends, my followers, my well-wishers please spread this news everywhere. Thank you pic.twitter.com/HrkXBHTg5U
