During a recent appearance on the “A2theK Wrestling Show,” AEW star Griff Garrison commented on working with MJF in AEW.
According to Garrison, the ‘Salt of the Earth’ is a “great dude” and has always been respectful to him. He said,
“When it comes to being a professional wrestler … he’s a professional first. We talked through it, we did our thing, we did what we were supposed to do, we went out there, handled our business, and came to the back, and I mean, he was great … He’s always been nice to me, you know, granted I don’t know why. Maybe he sees something in me, I don’t know. Props to MJF. He’s a great talent, he’s a great dude, so can’t really say much else other than that.”
MJF hasn’t been seen on television since his epic promo on the post-Double or Nothing episode of AEW Dynamite.
In other news, Pwinsider is reporting that WWE Hall of Famer Dory Funk Jr. will be releasing a new autobiography on August 22. The book is titled, The Last of a Great Breed: True Stories From A Career in Pro Wrestling.
