As previously reported here on eWn, AEW World Champion CM Punk called out Adam “Hangman” Page during an opening promo segment on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite. The callout comes after Page recently made some comments about not taking advice from veterans in the business. The segment was said to have not been planned in advance. Many took it as CM Punk going out of his way to bury Page.
Page took to Twitter following the segment to quote rapper Megan Thee Stallion. He wrote,
“Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday bad b*tches have bad days too.”
John Silver also reacted, posting a photo of Page sitting in catering.
