Pwinsider is reporting that the court in the lawsuit case between MLW and WWE has cancelled the hearing scheduled for this week.
The hearing was originally scheduled for this Thursday. Now, the conference is scheduled to take place on December 5, and will set up the dates for both parties to begin the discovery process.
MLW initially filed a lawsuit against WWE alleging interference in contract relations. The lawsuit alleges that WWE interfered with and caused the cancellation of an MLW deal with Tubi – which is owned by FOX. They’re also said to have prevented VICE TV from coming to terms with MLW on another deal.
