Today’s episode of AEW Rampage saw Claudio Castagnoli challenge Chris Jericho for the ROH World Championship.
The Ocho initially declined Castagnoli’s challenge until Matt Menard came up with the idea that if Castagnoli were to lose, he would be forced to join the Jericho Appreciation Society and once again become a sports entertainer.
Jericho and Castagnoli agreed to the stipulation, thus setting the stage for a high stakes match at ROH Final Battle next month on Dec. 10 in Arlington, Texas.
