The firing of Hit Row within a couple weeks is undoubtedly one of the weirdest things of 2021, with the leader Isaiah “Swerve” Scott winning the NXT North American Championship, quickly losing it and getting drafted with the group to SmackDown only to be fired by the company shortly after.
Scott, who is currently under a 90 day no compete clause, took to Twitter and bragged that in only four months in WWE NXT, Hit Row made $2 million for WWE, specifying the short time needed to make money in response to a fan who tweeted that WWE didn’t care about moneymakers anymore, using the example of Bray Wyatt.
