Joey Ryan filed a $10 million lawsuit against Impact Wrestling’s parent company Anthem Sports & Entertainment in mid-September.
He is alleging breach of contract for firing him due to allegations of both sexual abuse and assault. Now, Anthem has until Saturday, October 24th to respond to the suit.
Although Ryan’s contract ran through August 2021, Impact released him on June 22nd because of the accusations.
