SoCal Uncensored mentioned on Twitter that Joey Ryan won an early default judgment against Allie Kat.
Per the court documents, this is simply a default judgment as Allie didn’t respond in time to the court. Thus, she could still get the judgment set aside.
The former Impact Wrestling star is suing several people for defamation after multiple people made sexual misconduct allegations against him during the #SpeakingOut movement.
