The much anticipated new documentary, Woooooo! Becoming Ric Flair, is set to debut on Peacock the day after Christmas.
The upcoming look at Flair’s storied career will come five years after the ESPN-produced 30 for 30 by Rory Karpf.
On a recent edition of Flair’s weekly podcast, the Nature Boy claimed that the new documentary will outdo the previous one. He said,
“This will be better than my 30 for 30 on ESPN because I made them promise me that whatever I said, they wouldn’t edit. I’m not going to do something that’s going to be edited again,” he said. “I was passionate and I expressed everything that I thought was good or bad in my life. I discussed my personal life, my personal problems, family problems, wrestling problems, issues with people that I have had. I just answered questions and I answered them as truthfully as I could.”
