According to a report from Pwinsider, Rich Hering, a WWE Hall of Famer and Warrior Award recipient, has quietly left the company in the past week.
Hering served as the Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Risk Management for over 50 years, starting from the days of the company as the WWWF under Vince McMahon Sr.
It is rumored that Hering chose to retire on his own terms, and this decision was not influenced by Endeavor or anyone else. Despite many people in the company wanting him to stay, he made the choice to leave.
Some fans may recall his on-screen appearance as the officiant for the Randy Savage and Miss Elizabeth wedding at SummerSlam 1991.
