On December 6, Marty Scurll submitted an application for the trademark “The Villain” to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
During the “Speaking Out” movement in June 2020, Scurll faced allegations of exploiting an intoxicated underage girl in 2015. He denied these accusations. Both Scurll and ROH reached a mutual agreement to part ways in January of the following year.
