AEW wrestler Matt Sydal has revealed on his Twitter page that he recently dislocated his knee.
Sydal, who turns 39 today, also thanked his fans for their birthday messages. As well as revealing that despite the damage to his knee, he luckily did not tear his ACL or PCL. Sydal wrote the following:
“Thanks for the birthday love. 👁👁👁 A brief update: I dislocated my knee a few weeks back which is why I haven’t been active in AEW. In good news, there were no tears in my acl or pcl. Gonna do some meditating then BRB better than ever. 🧿🧿🧿”
Matt Sydal’s last match was on February 19th against Nano Lopez in Polish-based indie promotion PTW. His last AEW match was on the February 16th episode of AEW Dark: Elevation.
