We reported last night here on eWn that Matt Tremont was taken to the burn ward of a New Jersey hospital following his deathmatch with Atsushi Onita at an H20 Wrestling event on Sunday. There was a spot where Tremont was sent through a burning barbed wire board. At one point, his ring gear was on fire and Onita picked up the pin right after. Tremont was said to have been in lot of pain once the adrenaline wore off.
According to a report from Pwinsider, Tremont is expected to remain hospitalized for around a week so his burns can be treated properly.
