On Tuesday night’s episode of WWE NXT, we witnessed a very scary moment that seemed to be not planned, as Xia Li delivered a well-placed Roundhouse Kick on Mercedes Martinez during a Mixed Tag-Team match. The kick was so devastating that she (legit) knocked Martinez out. Li made a pin that was stopped due to Martinez’s shoulder being up, but the referee checked on Martinez afterward and rung the bell.
WWE has yet to confirm Martinez’s status after the match, and Martinez has not yet commented on the situation. You can check out some highlights from the match below:

After noticing how Austin Theory delivered a flying forearm from behind on NXT Champion Karrion Kross, “The Phenomenal One” AJ Styles chimed in on Twitter to comment on Austin’s delivery of the forearm. As many are well aware of, AJ uses a variation of the flying forearm, “The Phenomenal Forearm,” as one of his signature moves.
