According to So Cal Uncensored, WWE has signed independent wrestler Mercedes Martinez to a contract. She is expected to report to WWE’s Performance Center this month.
Previously, Martinez competed in the first two Mae Young Classic tournaments. In addition, she has wrestled for WWE and their NXT brand on several occasions. Outside of WWE, Martinez was a participant in the ‘Casino Battle Royale’ at AEW’s pay-per-view event, All Out, on August 31, 2019.
