MJF has praised his own work with CM Punk in AEW as one of the greatest feuds in the history of professional wrestling.
MJF feuded with CM Punk in late 2021 and early 2022, with the Salt of the Earth giving Punk his first loss in AEW.
During an appearance on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani on Youtube, MJF was asked about the former AEW World Champion.
“What I will say is that me and CM Punk had the greatest feud in the history of the company and I honestly think it will go down as one of the greatest feuds of all-time.”
Punk has been removed from AEW programming due to his actions after AEW All Out 2022.
He is also dealing with an injury and is expected to miss six to eight months of action.
