AEW World Champion MJF has fired back at fans who want to see the stakes raised in wrestling matches, calling them “blood thirsty.”
In a deleted tweet, MJF said that wrestlers will continue to hurt themselves to fulfill the desire from fans for more dangerous spots in the ring.
MJF added that wrestlers should consider whether a dangerous spot is worth the medical bills, and said that talent should plan on winning a match and leave the ring the same way they entered.
This isn’t the first time MJF has deleted a tweet, as he previously removed a comment saying he’d rather take his own life than watch a long wrestling show.
