As we previously reported here on eWn, Liv Morgan was arrested for marijuana possession in Florida on Thursday evening.
According to a report from Pwinsider, Morgan will be arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams), possession of drug equipment and possession of drugs next Monday at the Sumter County Courthouse at 9:00 AM EST. At that time, she will enter a plea. She is currently out on $3,000 bond.
For what it’s worth, possession of drugs, possibly synthetic cannabinoid is a felony in Florida punishable by up to a year in jail, a year of probation and a $1,000 fine.
The charge for possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams) is a first degree misdemeanor in Florida. That charge is punishable by up to a year in jail or probation, and a $1,000 fine. Additionally, this charge can result in a six month driving license suspension, random drug testing, and reimbursement of all fees related to the case.
