WWE’s Monday Night RAW had a unique appearance due to the limitations at The Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
As reported by Pwinsider, the arena, which was built in 1999, was not constructed to handle WWE’s current lighting equipment suspended from the ceiling. The different look addressed concerns about the arena’s ability to withstand the weight of snow accumulation on the roof.
WWE opted for a lighting truss supported by specially constructed towers. They also made adjustments to their staging setup and pyro to accommodate this.
