It should be worth noting that there have been no Monday Night RAW shows have been sold out so far this year but that should change in the coming weeks with shows in cities such as Chicago, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Brooklyn which are considered strong WWE markets.
The February 8, 2016 edition of Monday Night RAW at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington with Daniel Bryan’s retirement drew 10,000 people and was about 1,000 tickets shy of capacity.
Possibly the first sold out RAW of 2016 is expected but not confirmed to take place tomorrow at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. The event was not sold out as of this past week but The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has been told that it will likely be sold out with the walk-up sales on Monday evening.
WWE has held episodes of RAW in San Antonio, Birmingham, Miami, Columbus, New Orleans and Seattle (not considered top WWE markets with the exceptions of Miami and Columbus) this year which each had no sell outs.
