MJF gave fans their first look at the brand-new AEW World Championship on this week’s episode of Dynamite.
At Full Gear 2022, MJF captured the title from Jon Moxley, thanks to an assist from William Regal.
Appearing with Regal on Dynamite, MJF said there was a need to replace the original title, calling the design held by Chris Jericho, ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, and others “tacky.”
He then asked William Regal to unveil the brand new AEW World Championship, calling it the “Big Burberry Belt.”

Speaking about his reign, MJF promised a lengthy run as World Champion, one that would “make Bruno Sammartino roll in his sh*tty little grave.”
The new title design includes a brown strap to replace the black strap previously used.
