Former WWE broadcaster Renee Paquette is rumored to be heading to All Elite Wrestling.
According to a report from Fightful, several people in WWE are under the impression that Paquette will be making her AEW debut in the near future.
For what it’s worth, a recent report from Give Me Sport’s Louis Dangoor said WWE reached out to the former Renee Young about the possibility of returning, but that hasn’t been confirmed. At this time, Paquette is not signed with any promotion.
Renee Paquette signed with WWE in October 2012. After working for the company for eight years, she made the decision to leave in 2020 to pursue other opportunities.
In WWE, Paquette worked as a backstage interviewer and hosted several other shows, including “Talking Smack” and “WWE Backstage” on FSN. She also briefly worked as a commentator on Monday Night RAW.
Paquette’s husband, current AEW World Champion Jon Moxley, recently signed a five-year contract extension with All Elite Wrestling. Paquette and Moxley have one child together, a daughter named Nora who was born last year.
Paquette currently has her own podcast titled “The Sessions.” Additionally, she released her cookbook, Messy In The Kitchen: My Guide to Eating Deliciously, Hosting Fabulously and Sipping Copiously
, which was released last year. You can keep up with all your wrestling news right here on eWrestlingNews.com. Or, you can follow us over on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
