When Triple H took over WWE creative last summer, he brought back several wrestlers such as Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman, Johnny Gargano, Bronson Reed, and Karrion Kross.
This seems to have slowed down in recent months as Vince McMahon was exploring a company sale, which many have speculated impacted the company’s willingness to bring in new talent.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that there is not a hiring freeze going on in WWE.
“There is also no hiring freeze as has been reported in many places. WWE is still business as usual when it comes to hiring and in talks with new significant performers,” Meltzer wrote.
