According to a report from TMZ Sports, Ric Flair’s surgery has been delayed until Monday after some “medical complications” arose. Flair’s wife, Wendy Barlow, told TMZ Sports the following: “Ric’s surgery has been postponed until Monday to address some complications that needed to be taken care of first. Thanks for all the well wishes.”
On Thursday, TMZ.com broke the story that the WWE Hall of Famer was rushed to a hospital in the Atlanta, GA area in what was described as a “very serious” medical situation. Flair’s son-in-law, Conrad Thompson, said it wasn’t as bad as TMZ was making it out to be. He claimed Ric was taken to the hospital for a planned procedure that he elected to have before heading to Las Vegas, NV for Starrcast II next weekend.
