WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has promised that new WWE Champion Brock Lesnar will acknowledge him ahead of their ‘Winner Takes All’ match at WrestleMania 38.
At Elimination Chamber, Reigns retained his title over Goldberg in the show’s opener, while Lesnar won his tenth World title inside the Elimination Chamber in the main event.
After retaining his title, Reigns promised to defeat Lesnar at WrestleMania 38, saying:
“I try to teach my sons about humility every day. I like to think I’m a humble Tribal Chief. But even I surprise my own self with my greatness. I’m a man of my word and I Goldberg’d Goldberg. As far as Brock Lesnar, win, lose, or draw, he’s locked in for WrestleMania, and he will acknowledge me.”
WrestleMania 38 will mark the third WrestleMania match between the two, with the pair both falling short to Seth Rollins in 2015, and Lesnar getting the win in 2018.
