This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite kicked off with Sammy Guevara defeating Cody Rhodes in an insane Ladder Match to become the Undisputed TNT Champion.
Guevara was crowned interim champion after he defeated Dustin Rhodes at Battle of the Belts. Guevara was originally set to face Cody Rhodes at that event, but Cody was pulled due to a COVID-19 precaution. As a result of this, we were left with two TNT Champions, but only one could stand tall in the long run and we now know that is Sammy Guevara.
