Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Simone Johnson, the daughter of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, is set to undergo knee surgery.
Meltzer said it was her third knee surgery, but it looks to be her fourth surgery as in September 2020, Johnson stated that she was getting a third knee surgery done.
Johnson signed with WWE in 2020.
