Phillip Thomas II has been sentenced to 15 years in prison followed by 15 years of probation for the attempted kidnapping of WWE Superstar Sonya Deville. The individual pled guilty to all four counts against him, including attempted kidnapping, aggravated stalking, and armed burglary on April 17.

In August 2020, Thomas broke into Deville’s home in Florida with a knife, plastic zip ties, duct tape, mace, and other items, intending to kidnap her.

Deville noticed Thomas and fled the house with then-WWE performer Mandy Rose, who was staying at her home, calling 911.

When police officers arrived, Thomas was still in the residence and had the aforementioned items on him.

Thomas was given credit for 975 days served in prison so far and owes 50 hours of community service.

Thomas will also be required to maintain full-time employment or submit five job applications per week until he is gainfully employed upon his release from prison, obtain a psychological evaluation, and complete any recommended treatment within 60 days of his said release.

Thomas is also barred from having any direct or indirect contact with Deville or her family, which includes no social media contact or through a third party.
