As we reported late last night here on eWn, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was arrested yesterday evening and is facing nine charges, including DUI manslaughter. This stems from a three-vehicle car crash that killed 75-year-old Julian Lasseter last month.
While Sytch spent the night in jail, she was bonded out this afternoon after appearing before a judge this morning. Sytch was released from custody at 12:14 PM following a surety bond that was posted by a bail bondsman.
Sytch is facing charges of DUI manslaughter, driving with a suspended or revoked license causing death or serious injury, and seven counts of DUI causing damage to a person or property. The DUI manslaughter charge is a felony in the state of Florida. She is currently facing thirty years in prison, with a four-year minimum sentence and $10,000 in fines.
