Tammy Sytch‘s latest pre-trial hearing in Florida has been postponed to April 13, 2023, at the request of her lawyer, Pwinsider reports. The hearing was originally scheduled for today.
Sytch‘s legal issues stem from a traffic accident in Ormond Beach, FL last year that caused the death of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter.
In August 2022, Sytch waived her right to a speedy trial and was given “criminal indigent status,” meaning that she couldn’t afford a lawyer.
On March 3, 2023, the Honorable Court ordered Sytch to have a DNA swab of her cheek. Sytch’s trial has also been delayed due to several witnesses not being deposed yet.
It is to be noted that Lasseter’s daughter is still moving forward with a wrongful death lawsuit against Sytch.
