Following the main event of today’s Wrestle Kingdom: Night Two pay-per-view event, Keiji Mutoh appeared. Mutoh entered the ring, grabbed a microphone, and challenged Tetsuya Naito to be his final opponent in his upcoming match at the Tokyo Dome. Naito took on (and defeated) NOAH’s Kenoh in the Night Two main event.
Mutoh’s in-ring career is winding down. He will wrestle his last match as The Great Muta tomorrow for the “Great Muta Final Bye-Bye” show under NOAH’s flag. He will team with AEW stars Sting and Darby Allin to face Hakushi, AKIRA, and Naomichi Marufuji. His match against Naito will take place February 21st at the Tokyo Dome.
