Matt Hardy is set to bring out his own podcast, with “The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy” to debut on January 7th. The show will be hosted by Jon Alba, with Hardy recounting how his journey has brought him to where he is now.
Alba would comment on his Twitter page that:
“This will be as authentic of a show as you’re ever going to hear. @MATTHARDYBRAND is enormously transparent, and is ready to share stories you’ve never heard before. He will educate fans and wrestlers alike about the industry in a way that’s never been done on a podcast.”
Alba would also promise that this would be; “different than your typical “nostalgia” pod.”
Meanwhile, Hardy himself would speak to Sports Illustrated, revealing his excitement about the podcast, with the current AEW star commenting:
“It’s the perfect time to transition into something new, this podcast is going to give a different perspective to older, more historical events, and see how they translate in today’s modern climate.”
For 22 years, The Hardy Boyz have been my favorite tag team, and @MATTHARDYBRAND was my guy.
Three years ago, I had an idea: What would a Matt Hardy podcast look like?
Welcome to "The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy," debuting Jan. 7. @MattHardyPod
