During Monday night’s WWE RAW broadcast, we saw the end of The IIconics tag-team. Billie Kay and Peyton Royce faced off against The Riott Squad in a #1 contenders match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships. Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott wound up defeating Kay and Royce so they’ll go on to face Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler at a later date. With the loss, The IIconics have been forced to split as the stipulation going in was that the losing team had to disband.
The IIconics have been teaming since their run in WWE NXT in 2015. They also held the WWE Women’s Tag-Team Championships for four months after winning them at WrestleMania 35.
MAJOR ramifications coming out of this one…
