On this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, The Revival (Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson) failed to capture the RAW Tag Team Championships from Chad Gable and Bobby Roode. This came after Gable pinned Dawson during their match for the win to retain their titles, however, Dawson was not the legal man in the bout.
The announcers acknowledged this during the program, so it’s possible The Revival receives a rematch next week. Wilder and Dawson took to Twitter to react to the incident:
“All we want for Christmas is tag team wrestling to take its place as one of the most entertaining, creative, beautiful things in our business.”

“First, 3-on-2 Good Lucha Things match. Followed by a 3-on-1 Lucha something-something match. Last night, I, the illegal man, get pinned and we “lose” our championship match? All I want for Christmas is #JusticeForTheRevival.”
