TNA Wrestling fans will be seeing much more of AJ ‘Top Dolla’ Francis as the former WWE Superstar has inked a new deal with the promotion.
News of Francis re-signing was broken by SI and later confirmed by TNA. His contract had been set to expire at midnight tonight, December 31.
Francis debuted for TNA in January at Hard to Kill by attacking Joe Hendry and captured the TNA Digital Media Championship in June.
During his reign, he purchased the long-defunct Canadian International Heavyweight Championship and called himself a double champion.
Francis recently challenged Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Championship in a match that reportedly earned Francis a lot of praise backstage.
Before TNA, Francis competed as Top Dolla in WWE. His first run lasted from 2020 to 2021 while his second run ran from 2022 until 2023.
