Jordynne Grace may be making a handful of appearances for WWE, but the TNA Knockouts Champion has discussed joining full-time in the past.
On last week’s episode of WWE NXT, Grace made her debut on the gold brand and was revealed as the challenger for WWE NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez.
In a recent interview with NXT alum McKenzie Mitchell, Grace was asked about her appearances for WWE and whether she’s looked at signing a contract. She said,
“I really truly think it’s been about timing. There’s been a few times when my contract has been coming up and I’ve talked to WWE and I kept staying at TNA because it’s where I was comfortable and I didn’t know how WWE was gonna treat me. So, it’s just kind of crazy to me that it wasn’t the time then but it’s the time now and now I get the best of both worlds. Everything works out exactly the way it’s supposed to.”
Grace’s match with Perez will come at WWE NXT Battleground this Sunday night at the UFC Apex, the first WWE event ever held at the center.
At TNA Against All Odds 2024, Grace will defend her Knockouts Championship in an open challenge which many believe will be answered by a WWE NXT Superstar.
