At Saturday night’s TNA Rebellion 2024 pay-per-view event, Rich Swann defeated Joe Hendry with an assist from former NFL star Shawne Merriman.
Swann defeated Hendry after AJ Francis and Merriman, who were at ringside, got involved.
The finish came when Merriman began arguing with Francis and ended up in the ring. Francis distracted the referee as Merriman turned on Hendry, laying him out with a clothesline, allowing Swann to hit a frog splash for the win.

Mustafa Ali defeated Jake Something to retain his X-Division Championship at TNA Rebellion 2024.
Ali pinned Jake Something in the opening match of Saturday’s pay-per-view event to retain his title. The champion rolled the challenger up and used the ropes for leverage for the win.
Ali won the X-Division Championship from Chris Sabin at TNA No Surrender 2024 in February.
